Meeting opened, membership initiation held. Initiated were Jack Milroy, Jim Marino, Dick Grybko, Ken Peterson, George Gifford. Ceremony adjourned.
Installation of offices held.
Secretary’s report read and approved.
Open house - 20 man-hours for Saturday to fill.
Frank on car wash. Got permmissioned for use of hydrant. We'll get equipment use on one hydrant. Jim Pirtle also to get some equipment. Publicity for carwash mentioned. Put edit registration. Posters in girls thongs. Information on posters and to include purpose of car wash. Ed Cisco will take publicity. J. Mendez to make posters. Check Milroy volunteered to distribute buttons. Also Dick Grybko

Frank to get no parking signs for Butterfield oval. Also should put out a notice on Butterfield's bulletin board.
Banquet -- Jim Pirtle took names of those to attend May 3, Saturday 6 p.m. dorm cookout at Franks -- 17 May, Saturday. When a half-brother of peace. Must know by first meeting in May who is coming. He had one. Breakup around dusk. Price $1.25 per person approximate Dance to follow.
Freshman week next year. Start September 5. No casting program. Suggested by Provost that we help run games. Sunday afternoon suggested arrival times.
Discussion of census card "Scout clause" to be brought up the meeting.
Discussion of what to do if carwash falls through. Appeal to be made to authorities for suggestion. Also baseball game, waxing girls from school is, proceeds abuse Thursday night Student Union movie, band concert, selling refreshments and spring review.

Special membership initiation, Wednesday, April 23 initiated were Bob Howard and Sammy Parker. Initiation was held at Ed Green’s room.
